About Me
I am an English graduate who studied literature, creative writing, and technical writing. I have experience in tutoring, professional writing, and publication. Writing essays may sound boring to some, but I believe it's an essential practice in developing and communicating our ideas. I'd love to help you on your journey!
►What's asynchronous tutoring?I specialize in "async" tutoring. Unlike synchronous tutoring, we won't meet in real-time. Instead, the student drops off the draft and assignment instructions. Later, the students receive detailed feedback based on their needs.Async tutoring provides flexibility, allows students to work at their own pace, and is a great alternative for those with social anxiety.►How does the process work?After filling out the contact form, I reach out to the student via text or email. We discuss what's needed and settle on a price.The student shares their paper via email. I comment on the paper, create a summarized feedback form, and share resource links. The student receives back their paper via email.I send an invoice via PayPal, which will be due 10 days after receipt. Payment is accepted via PayPal or Venmo.Easy peasy :)►What feedback is given?The feedback centers on the student's stated needs. This can include, but isn't limited to:• thesis statements
• developing ideas
• organization
• citations
• sentence clarity►Is this only for essays?While essays are the most common writing assignments, they aren't the only ones. Common types of writing assignments I've helped with:• argumentative essays

• annotated bibliographies►What's your privacy policy?I will not disclose personal information about clients without permission from the client. Any written content will not be shared with outside parties without permission from the client. Price: starting $70 per hour, one-hour minimumPapers for higher-level courses or more intensive projects require greater concentration and skill. We'll discuss and adjust the rate accordingly.
